With Menstruation Education Foundation (WithME Foundation) is a government-registered, non-profit organization focused on providing feminine hygiene products to low-income women and girls. Additionally, another incredibly important component of our organization is education. We aim to combat the stigma, embarrassment, and shame associated with menstruation and promote empowerment through events and initiatives.

  • Bella Wang

    Co-Founder, Co-President

    Currently in Grade 12 at York House School, Bella Wang is a co-founder and co-president of WithME Foundation. Growing up with two sisters and attending a predominantly female school, she is constantly reminded of the importance of female empowerment and equality. Bella hopes that WithME will help support girls and women gain the necessities they need in order to live freely.

    Co-Founder, Co-President

    Currently a Grade 12 student at York House School, Clare is a Co-founder and Co-president of WithME. She is motivated to support girls and women through countering stereotypes and making basic necessities more accessible. Clare hopes that WithME will help support and empower many girls within the global community!

  • Justine Tioco

    Director of Logistics

    Justine Tioco is honoured to serve as the Director of Logistics of WithME Foundation. She is currently a Grade 12 student at York House School, and wishes to foster an environment that can empower girls by providing education, and facilitating a safe space. Justine hopes that WithME will can benefit even more girls outside of the Greater Vancouver area in the future!


  • Emmly Lowe

    Director of Media & IT

    ​A senior at Richmond Christian School, Emmly is ecstatic to serve as the Director of Media & IT of the WithME Foundation. She is driven by her ambition to help cultivate a community that aspires to challenge stereotypes and amplify marginalized voices for a more inclusive society. Emmly hopes that WithME can help empower and help more girls and women outside of the Lower Mainland!


  • Jacqueline Ni

    Director of Marketing

    Currently a Grade 11 student at Collingwood School, Jacqueline holds the role of Director of Marketing at WithME. Passionate about challenging stereotypes surrounding women and spreading awareness about the importance of feminine hygiene, Jacqueline is excited to witness these positive changes. She envisions that WithME will play a pivotal role in achieving her aspirations and making a difference in this area.
